Matthew R. Pecoraro

Matt is an associate attorney at the firm whose practice focuses on real estate and business transactions.

Matt earned his law degree from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy. During law school, he participated in the Separation of Powers Clinic and the Administrative Law Clinic. He also gained experience through internships with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Economic and Risk Analysis and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Legal Reform.

After graduating from law school, Matt served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County, where he mainly supported visiting judges.

Originally from Maine, Matt served as an Officer in the United States Army before attending law school. He now happily resides in the area with his wife and daughter.
