Allison H. Smart

Allison is a civil litigation and real estate associate.

Allison graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2021, where she was an associate editor of the Maryland Law Review, a Writing Fellow, and a member of the Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team, for which she received the Barrister’s Award for excellence in oral advocacy.

While attending law school, Allison interned for the Honorable now Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland and in the Civil Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a summer associate in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Upon receiving her law degree, Allison served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge E. Greg Wells on the Appellate Court of Maryland.

Allison was born and raised in Calvert County where she now resides with her husband and son. Allison is a board member of the Calvert County Bar Association and the Calvert Library Foundation.
